Interesting, but I’ve never had it effect my readings on ECG or Kardia, device. We are all uniquely unique🙂by JoyWin - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Vitamin D3 and K2 MK7 is my go to. I do have Osteoporosis. I am a bit wary of Calcium supplements as the jury is still out on the effect of supplementation of Calcium on the heart. That said , we are all unique in how we experience AF and other arrhythmias. In fact while typing this I’ve just experienced a near faint, nausea, and a very fast HR, brief but scary. I believe it’s SVT. My EPby JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM
First thing I do each morning is to put 2 Eliquis in a little container, along with my supplements for the day. Just a tip. I wouldn’t worry too much about missing one dose. 😊by JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM

I agree Susan, I downloaded the article last week and was pleased to note I no longer need to feel guilty about my consumption of Avocado 🥑😋by JoyWin - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Oh, sorry about that. Here is a brief outline of the research paper. TAKE-HOME MESSAGE This randomized, double-blind, multicenter study determined the optimal dose of Asundexian — a novel, oral, small-molecule, activated coagulation factor XIa (FXIa) inhibitor — and assessed whether treatment with Asundexian leads to a lower incidence of bleeding when compared with apixaban in patients witby JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM
Tom, fingers crossed and wishing you an energetic and healthy year ahead. So far this year I've had a return of my AF after ablation in March last year. AF is brief, 2-3 hours, but frustrating, plus two long bouts of flutter, one 9 days, the latest 6 days, both CV'd with TOE. I am trying to decide on another ablation but am dragging my feet. My EP is great, but I am not getting any yby JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks Carey and George. I’ll wait a week or so to see if it settles.Currently I’m bouncing between AF and Tachycardia (or flutter)by JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi 12 months post-ablation. Some episodes since as indicated in my last post a couple of weeks ago around 24th Feb, but a bit more frequent. Then I had a sustained bout of AF/ Tachycardia for 9 days. Highest HR 203-168 short-lived (Kardia) but mostly in the 120s-130s. Gave in and had a CV around 2 weeks ago. All good. Yesterday I had a brief bout of AF and my heart rate is now in the 100sby JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM

2022 and some Cardiologists still roll their eyes at what many people instinctively know about their Arrhythmias. Definitely, for me, if my esophagus is inflamed or reflux is really bad it can and will trigger, an episode But it's just one of many things that can trigger it on any particular day. Thanks again Carey…I’ve been scheduled for a TOE guided CV Wednesday. I’ve got everything crossed, 😋 hoping I will go back into SR before then.by JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM
It’s Monday morning and my HR has been around 95-130 since Thursday. I have restricted my movement as it exasperates my HR. I am waiting to hear from my EP. Have been taking Verapamil daily but seems not to be having any effect. I decided against starting the Propranolol as I read one of side effects is dizziness and I already have an issue with that. I have never had a CV in all the years I’vby JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks Carey. Walk in Clinics? Sort of, since Covid you have to make appointments and they can take up to 2 weeks. I can drive down to an ER around 30 kms away, but really would rather not. My heart is currently around 95-120, depending if I move about too much. Hard for me as I like to be active. I’m just falling back into old habits of taking my pulse everyone ten minutes. Keep waiting fby JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks all…morning has broken, still over 100. Will fill out script today and try the Propranolol I do want my SR back.🙁. My Kardia device showed AFib and Tachycardia. How do I know if it’s actually flutter. It looks like a normal beat on the read out, although the read out at the Drs in January looked different, and he seemed unsure.by JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi I’m almost 12 months post Ablation. I had some events for first few month and then pretty quiet. I’ve had a few events over the last 9 months, but all very brief, apart from one or two that lasted a couple of hours. I’m very pleased with the result of the Ablation and have faith in my EP. However, end of January a sustained bout of SVT according to local Dr. Lasted around 2 Hours, HR 14by JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM

Tom I remember many years back hearing about a physician who gave a lecture on how the mind and thought processes can affect one's health and wellbeing He was addressing a very skeptical audience so he asked them to bear with him while he read an excerpt from a book. The book in question was a very erotic novel. As he read on, there was a lot of fidgeting and movement from his audby JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM

Hi Bob Coffee is a trigger for some, as is alcohol. But you really need more than a few days when you are trialing something. Just about everyone on this site has tried different things, It's a trial and error process. What suits one doesn't suit another. You need to be patient and try some different processes. Over time, as hard as it seems, if you can be proactive, it is good forby JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM

As I’ve indicated to you previously in my PM, you can take magnesium to bowel tolerance. So take it until bowel movement is loose then step it back until bowel movement is normal. IHerb has heaps of magnesium which you can order on line . My son in England says Healthspan in the UK is good with free delivery as a bonus.by JoyWin - AFIBBERS FORUM
