I strongly recommend everyone watches the U Tube video by Dr William Li Stop buying expensive Magnesium pills! This 2 dollar food works 16 x Better. That food is Pumpkin Seeds. His knowledge of the subject really lmpressed me. I have already bought a kilo of the seeds but would really love to hear your thoughts.by Sam - AFIBBERS FORUM
I’ve recently watched a long video on the benefits of eating 30 grams of pumpkin seeds twice a day to fill our needs for magnesium. I t would be a big change from the large amount of mag powder I currently use but I was very impressed by his knowledge of the subject. l wish I could send you a link but I don’t know howby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Is anyone familiar with this treatment to reduce prostate size?by Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thanks for that, Yodd. Very useful.by Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I findit surprising there is so little mention of this form of magnesium on the froum. Its superior ability to cross the blood- brain brain barrier makes it very good for dementia and other conditions. Does anyone have knowledge and/or experience of it? Thank you Samby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Could someone give me a list of the amount of elemental magnesium in half a teaspoon of all the different types of magnesium Thanks Samby Sam - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thank you both for your answers. I know Carey will think I should have started one years ago! The reason I'm not is that I was put on one after my ablation and taken off it quite early because of how ill it made me. I'll also check out that website on Peripheral neuropathy though I have checked dozens of others.by Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Does anyone have knowledge or experience of this condition? Would a baby aspirin a day help? Thanksby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Nobody has mentioned physiotherapy for the condition. I treated over a thousand people with disc problems using the Maitland techniqes. ( I wouldn't recommend any other technique, especially for an elderly person.) I had an amost 100% success rate. Samby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I seem to have solved the problem and should have done so some time ago. All my meals are prepared at home. I do not eat any processed foods or add salt to anything. The result is that my sodium levels are always borderline low. I was familiar with the role of vasopressin in reducing urine during the night but didn't look into how to increase it till very recently. The simple answer isby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thanks for replying Carey. Input and output totals are fine. Here are some figures to show what happens during the night. 8.15 PM - 180 ml. 10.00 - 250ml. 1:00 AM - 750ml. 5.AM - 850ml. 6.30.AM - 150ml. No water drunk during this time. The rest of the the day output for each catheter is around 200ml. Samby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I stay well hydrated during the day but my final fluid intake of the day is half a cup of tea at 7.00 PM. I empty my bladder (using a catheter) at 8.15 and 10.00 just before going to bed. I have to use a catheter twice during the night producing up to 2 litres of very clear urine. I have no swelling at at all in any part of my body. Anybody got an explanation? Thanks Samby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
After my ablation at Bordeau I was afib free for 13 months. I then quickly went to episodes every few days. I started taking 50 mg flecenaide twice a day and my heart has stayed in rhythm for five years. I suuffer from alergic rhinitis and Quercetin is highly recommended for this but I'm concerned it might affect normal sinus rhythm. Anyone got any information on this?by Sam - AFIBBERS FORUM
I have alergic rhinitis and guercetin has been strongly recommended. Has anyone with Afib tried this?by Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thanks Jackie. I had already read through that reference. No help, sadlyby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

Thanks Jackie. Urination normal during the day and no infection.by Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
My last liquid intake of the day is a cup of tea with my evening meal which I finish at 7 P M. I empty my bladder just before getting into bed about 10.15. I wake up 2 to 2 and a half hours later with a serious need to empty my bladder again. This often happens again about 4.30 AM. I have no sign of retained fluid and I haven't been able to find a solution online. Can anyone heby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I don't use any artificial sweeteners and so would never use aspertame but I find calling something possibly carcinogenic quite annoying. For examply Aloe Vera is also listed as possibly carcinogenic. Really!? Find out if something really is before demonising it. I'll get down of my soapbox now! Thanks for all the replies. I've look into all the suggestions. The combination of high fibre and adding Magnesium Citrate to my Mag Bisglycinate has solved the problem. At this stage just still working on the best amount of Mag Citrate as stools are a bit too soft. Samby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Many thanks for all your answers. I've increased my Magnesium Bisglycinate from 400 mg ( elemental mag) to 600 and ordered mag citrate. The other suggestions I'm still considering. I drink 8 glasses of water a day. I have a complication that I believe is adding to the problem; weak pelvic floor muscles. I'm doing Kegal exercises. However I believe the cause, or part of the caby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

I've started to regularly and frequently suffer from constipation. Can anyone offer a solution; perhaps a daily laxitive that doesn't interfere with nutrient absorption or affect flecainide. (or make the problem worse). My diet includes lots of fibre from vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds., Thanks Samby Sam - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

Thanks for replying, George. I have a home gym with weights and machines which I use five days a week. I have Peripheral Neuropathy - a tingling numbness in the legs and feet - and the power plate is highly recommended for this. I'me very tempted now to give it a try.by Sam - AFIBBERS FORUM
My ablation worked for 13 months and 50 mg Flecainide has kept me in rhythm for over 18 months. Does anyone know if it is safe for me to use a Power Plate?by Sam - AFIBBERS FORUM
