Hello Colindo, Yes I did read the 847 times and I'd be interested to know how they measured it . Whenever I see these huge impossible to prove numerical improvements I get dubious. I recently got an unsolicited email from a company offering me some supplements that would give me 300% more sex. My first thought was how on earth did they measure it? The second thought was how it I cope sby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
I am at the top end of the reference range in CoQ10 .What are the special benefits of Mito Q in a practical way ? I wasn't smart enough to work it out in a clear way from the websites . Thanks Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Jackie, I haven't noticed side effects In the past I have never been a big user and recently even less so. I will discontinue rather than look at my just purchased large jar suspiciously. I'll give it to a young body building friend. Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Gentlefolk, I train at a gym regularly each week and supplement occasionally with creatine though not heavily continuously. I just bought a new big jar and somehow something came up about creatine supplementation involvement with atrial fibrillation. I looked it up in more detail and there is lots of material connecting the two. I suggest anyone taking creatine look at the information anby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Gentlefolk, I am careful about what I eat, know acid alkaline foods consume lots of fruit and veg but still remain on the acid side. Any tips such as a suggested amount of sodium bicarbonate ? Thanks Alexby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thanks Steve for all the information, Until I can get no sugar cranberries my partner has been soaking ordinary sugared cranberries in water to get rid of some sugar. The water tastes sugary so gets rid of some sugar.Any comments ? Thanks Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Steve or anyone, Sweetened and unsweetened dried cranberry puzzle. They both are listed as a bit over 300 cal/100 grams. Sweetened is much easier to purchase so acceptable ? I contacted the NZ people who were very prompt and helpful but cant get regular shipments though fresh from them would be very good. Thanks Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hello Peggy, My partner loves gardening and I happily eat the fruit and vegetables produced. Somehow I hear a lot about problems. Awful birds have attacked through the netting and chomped on the fruit. What are we going to do with all the figs I say. If I keep up with your production I will get fig poisoning or at least an overdose of sugar. We both hate cooking. The problem is solved by eatinby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Jackie and everyone, I have made a decision to stop taking strontium for psychological reasons. I have been taking two capsules per day of doctor's best strontium citrate as per the directions. My bone density is good possibly because I do regular heavy weight work. I am on low-dose Eliquis due to unnoticeable low level afib. High pulse rate would be 75 and average around 60.by alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Gentlefolk, I'd like to thank everyone. I have been asking a lot of questions lately and have received useful replies. My question here is about magnesium injections. Years ago I found my magnesium levels were well below the reference range. Supplements didn't change things I did more reading and it appears that you may lose the ability to absorb magnesium. I had a series of magneby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
A question for anyone, What are some good sources of getting quantity unsweetened cranberries in the USA? I would then import them into Australia as I'm finding it impossible so far to get unsweetened here Plenty available with sugar or apple juice et cetera which I don't want. Jackie, What do I do with my big container of strontium pills ? Just a rhetoric question ! Thanks Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Since Jackie suggested cardiokinase I have been taking it. Every now and again I think of how other natto supplements say without meals but cardiokinase says with meals. I want to minimise the contradictions in my life even if minor so any explanation would be an asset! Alexby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Gentlefolk, I have been taking strontium for some time but recently got concerned about various mentions of it being involved potentially with blood clots. There are quite a lot of mentions of the subject including normally good sources. I realise there can be no double-blind tests but does anyone on the forum have something more on the subject?. Thanks Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hello Steve, Thanks for your very interesting approach. I am in Australia but no problem bringing in items from the USA. Where can you get unsweetened cranberries for use in the quantities you suggested ? I can only locate sweetened here or in the USA sometimes with apple juice . I would like to give the protocol a try. Thanks again Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM

Thanks for the prompt replies, I was looking at my results and realise as I'm getting to over a year I should do tests again. My last ferritin was 123ng ml on a reference range of 30 to 500..Lipoprotein (a) and Hemoglobin AlC were not tested. What is suggested for a complete battery of tests to cover the necessary bases ? Gentlefolk, I have seen explanations on why it is better to sleep on the left side and alternatively why it is better to sleep on the right side. Gentlefolk, I had the blood test as per Dr Sears and was unpleasantly surprised to find I was 4.9 instead of the range 1.5-3.0. I am more than doubling my liquid omega-3 s to around 4 tablespoons a day which per the Natures Answer label will give me around 5-6 g Omega 3 a day. No problem with having even more but is there a healthy limit ? By the way any comments on Natures Answer asby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM

Gentlefolk, Once upon a time I used to like reading instruction books. Now at age 80 they fill me with depression. Is there some simple youtube or other which just tells me how to check my potassium. I don't want to know all the wondrous other things the machine can do. I would prefer to do the things that I find enjoyable. Thanks Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
