Todd, The problem is so few people in the age group that need them do them. It would be interesting to do a survey of how many people in our particular group, say over 60 or 65 do such exercises consistently. It may not be zero but it won't be far off. A subject I have never had mentioned to me by any doctor is balance. As we get older our balance falls off very sharply. Most people my age[80 in November] can't stand on one leg reliably for a few seconds. After we pick up a cooked chicken from a natural chicken place we both eat the chicken but I also eat the bones chewing off the ends. I have got quite used to them and find them tasty. To Jackie and any others who may have ideas on the subject. With supplements we often see with food, without food,nothing mentioned ,after meals and so on. What does it mean in practice?
