Jackie or anyone, I decided to put in a multiple supplement order ASAP so what forms of iodine are suggested to include? Thanks Alexby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
People look at my supplement shelves with amazement. I don't know of any recommendation I am not taking. I eat very carefully. Only healthy food and no Satan sugar of course.Iodoral is for my iodine but will listen to any suggestions. One sure way not to get bph is said to be testicle removal but a bit extreme in my view. Bph and prostate cancer have an association because they haveby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I am sure all the men on the forum it have the problem or will get the problem. A normal prostate would generally be in the 15 to 30 cc the size of a walnut .With age it can be the size of a lemon which can lead to a variety of problems. Plenty of information is available on the Internet. There have been a variety of operations which involve eliminating part of the prostate in one way or anby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
You haven't had any obvious precipitating causes. No late large meals, alcohol, coffee, excitement, big noises, nightmares etc.You have been sensible ! what do you do ? Read ,eat a little of something etc. Any suggestions of any kind please . Thanks Alexby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I am old enough to remember when here analysis was a big thing for minerals. Books were printed about it. I found one yesterday from analytical research laboratories with poor drawings of rabbits et cetera. Has hair analysis gone the way of the dinosaur as I don't notice it being mentioned. I took the advice of the anti-afib after more emails including those to the mysterious Alexandra who somehow finds replying difficult. I rang twice and each time got a recording to leave my number as they were busy. This is reasonable. This system may work well in the USA but from Australia my experience is not so good. Very few people on these sites seem to have any idea of time changesby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I was diagnosed with full-blooded afib in 2004 and told it would be for the rest of my life. By 2006 after I made a huge number of changes in my dietary and exercise life I was completely free until near my 80th birthday at the end of last year so afib free for eight or near nine years. Even now it is completely unnoticeable whatever my activities except a unevenness in pulse when I check it.by alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Maybe phoning them is the best idea.. I have sent another polite couple of emails simply asking how I can pay, how much and if there is any other information required from me These questions appears too complex to get a reply. I will wait till early next week and then a phone call from Australia. Thanks Alexby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Hello Moerk, It may be your mention to them but I got a reply from Exatest with a lot of detail but still unclear. I asked for some clarification and hope for a reply that answers my very ordinary questions. I am puzzled that something simple can get so complicated. Alexby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
The exatest website reply system is the worst I have encountered from a medical site. I filled in the physician details more than two weeks ago. No reply. I then went to their email address and politely asked about a reply. No reply. A couple of days ago I again politely asked. No reply. I was going to wait to early next week to ask again. Do any forum members know any wonderful syby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Middle of last week I gave my physicians details and filled in the form properly as far as I know. No reply. A couple of days ago I asked directly what to do on their email address. No reply. Any suggestions on what to do next? Thanks Alexby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I wanted to get away from soda water in BPA plastic bottles so I bought a stainless steel Mosa .72 L soda system.(they also make 1.2 L)and chargers like little bombs. I made the first lot the same way with lots of fizz but the fizz disappeared after the same adding MOM process. Is this a good sign of more conversion or not ? Not normally the subject of this forum but I respect the wisdom of the people who contribute. What are suggested blood tests for a pregnant woman in her late 30s? Thanks Alexby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

Gentlefolk, I came across his pdf which suggested high doses of oral taurine and L arginine in otherwise healthy people . This is years later. Any experience or comments on these protocols ? We are all experiments of one .Any risk with the suggested doses of taurine ? Thanks Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
George, Measured by by the Yang TCM person, my own fingers and those of my partner so not the same level of accuracy as a monitor. I'm going to see a high level cardiologist in a few weeks time so will get a more accurate analysis. Thanks for your comments and thoughts Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
George at the risk of talking too much. I won't clutter up the bulletin board with my three-page non-invasive cardiac unit assessment which I located. In summary the interpretation was''atrial fibrillation with a controlled ventricular response rates between 31-120 bpm mean of 62. Isolated ventricular complexes with two couplets one letter early-morning pause of 3.5 secondby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
George, I have completely unnoticeable lone Afib except through pulse check. It doesn't effect anything I do. Started a few months ago Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Gentlefolk, I feel little strange bring the subject up but ''any port in a storm''. I went to a traditional Chinese medicine specialist who has a good long-term reputation. What did I have to lose apart from some dollars? He spent some time checking my pulses in both hands, looking at me,my tongue, looking at my current diet et cetera. He said I had low Yang so I wby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks for the prompt and thoughtful reply George, Don't know if it will help but my partner says "The diuretic pills for swollen legs and some fluid in lungs. Blood pressure pills for blood pressure which are working well 120/70 the other day, maybe even a tad low. '' Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Gentlefolk, A apparently healthy friend of my sons aged 26 just had a massive stroke so it can happen at any age but of course far more as we get older even without actual fibrillation. However we analyse the figures there is a certain risk and of course more with older people in afib. I am completely by myself a few days a week so what should I do? I am a healthy nearly 81-year-old andby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Gentlefolk, My partner's mother has Alzheimer's and she is taking care of her interstate. She sent me the following question and I wonder if anyone has any ideas on digoxin alternatives I remember that on the forum years ago digoxin was viewed negatively. Jackie, If you with your diligent research can't find out the information I can't remotely imagine I will be any more successful. The other question is about sticky blood. My concern is the possibility of not being sticky enough. The Meridian test can't be done in Australia. Is there any other test which will at least be indicative. Jackie and others, Ok to take some low dose lumbrokinase with low dose eliquis ?I also take cardiokinase. Do bulletin watchers accept Dr Sears AA/EPA fish oil protocols ? Thanks Alexby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Gordon and Mike, Is it a health benefit ? Why don't you eat the bones now ? It's free ! Alexby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Gentlefolk, I have asked this question before but never received a reply. Being a lazy person in some things why make a healthy broth? After the chicken is eaten I chew the bone ends. I have even got to the stage where I quite like them. Anyone else do this? Thanks Alexby alexe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I made a mention once before which got no comments. It is regularly a byproduct when making tofu so I go to the local tofu making shop and instead of throwing out they put it in bottles for me free. I do buy from them other stuff. Alexby alexe - AFIBBERS FORUM
