Ron - I asked Dr. Natale that when I resumed the NK shortly after my ablation in 2003. He said "No"... because the ablation success depends on destroying the electrical connections between the gap junctions to prevent cell-to-cell-to cell communication and does not rely on the 'scar' itself. When thinking about how nattokinase actually works, it reduces the formationby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Is it possible that the use of Nattokinase could reduce the effect of an ablation? There is much information on the Internet about the ability of Nattokinase to reduce scar tissue. Yet the effect of an ablation is to create scar tissue to block errant electrical impulses. If Nattokinase is good at doing its job, does it not follow that it would eliminate or reduce the ablation scars over timeby RonB - AFIBBERS FORUM

Dirk - in a recent thread considering whether to ablate 'sooner' or later, I responded with my personal observations and experiences. I've reproduced it again in this thread. It may be that in some cases, sooner is better for ablations but based on my history, waiting didn’t seem to interfere with the success of the procedure once I gave in to it eight turbulent years after the onset. Hello Jackie, I asked Sam Milham for his opinion on the grounding/earthing approach. Here is our correspondence: Hello Sam, I have one short question on which I would very much appreciate your opinion: Is grounding/earthing with a bed sheet safe in an area with a high level of electropollution from overhead wires, WIFI, Smart meters, etc? Jackie, Thank you for reminding us of the benefits of grounding/earthing. I used the grounded bed sheet for a while, but can't say I noticed any difference as far as sleeping is concerned. Anyway, I stopped using it because of my concern that it may be more harmful than beneficial if you, like I do, live in a city with a high level of electropollution.
