In the 2nd video part 2 he talks about how much grounding does to thin the blood, and having to reduce the blood thinning dosage.

Something that wasn't mentioned in this video is how the amount of time spent grounded affects all the health benefits.

How does 20 or 30 minutes of walking "with your feet on the ground" ;-P vs. spending ~8 hours a night with a grounded sheet compare?

Thanks for this Todd... Dr. Sinatra covers that blood thinning aspect in his online discussions on Earthing. In Dr. Tennant's book - Healing is Voltage, and the Earthing book by Clint Ober and Dr. Sinatra - the photos before and after of the effects on blood cells and Earthing are dramatic.
