Thanks for the link Susan! About 12 years ago i was in Austria and had fresh cows milk from the farm we let stand to go 'sour'. I drank at least 1/2 l of that per day. After a few days my poop became perfect - it was the only change i made to my eating habits. Upon retuning to Australia i found organic unpasteurized milk available so i continued the practice with the same benefits ensby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

Good to know that acupuncture worked . Unfortunately it made no difference to my AF when i was in permanent in 2015. Had several accu sessions.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
FWIW. my left atria was quite enlarged after almost 4 month of permanent AF in 2015. Got into NSR after that (except for occasional episodes which didn't last long). About a year ago or so i had another echo and was told that my left atria is only very slightly enlarged, almost normal size.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thought this video was apposite to the question asked. Prof Prasad MD is a practicing doctor. Note, Dr Offit (an advisor to the FDA @ 72 y/o) chooses not to get the booster. Both are definitely not anti vaxers as people who are very pro mRNA covid vaccination are prone to call people who ask questions, think for themselves, are open to discuss science. I;ve been taking 4000 i.u. D3/day and Menaquinone 90 microgram BID for more than a year - noticed no problem with increased heart palpitation nor AF. Some foods/supplements however do seem to trigger AF but can't put my finger on what it is (work in progress).by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
That's why you want antibodies against nuclear capsid proteins and not just the spike . Measures to make sure one has a good Interferon response (part of the innate immune system) is also important. Anyhow, it's an individual decision as long as we don't get stupid statements like we had from a President among others who are supposed to know betterby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Agree tobherd but when you are supposed to get a booster every 6 months or so especially when (in my case) have antibodies alreadyby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
It's the suppression of data by Pharma and YouTube etc (why did it take a Judge to make them release raw trail data) they wanted kept secret for many years? And then there is the bit of process 'one' and process 'two' - might be nothing sinister about it but why not discuss it? I was warned by YouTube for even linking to some courtroom evidence given by a professional.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM

Quite some years ago our public health experts required commercial food preparation kitchens to use plastic chopping boards because they were safer/more hygienic . Other science at the time did show that wooden ones were safer.by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

Interesting - thanks for posting Marco! The left atria enlarges when in AF for extended periods but it also shrinks again when not in AF for several months (year?) At least that was the case with my atria after being in permanent AF for about 4 months in 2015 (about age 65) and since in paroxysmal with months in sinus in between (subjective and not monitored). Is that another version of epigenetics? Am i missing something? One only has to look at the Okinawan studies to know that it is a fact Fiddlefaddling with deleting genes to protect from fatty liver when it is well known how to prevent it in the first place. Not saying the studies are a waste of time and money - one never knows what new knowledge might emerge.by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Sure is! We need to know what causes all these problems. The vaccine does cause our body to make spike proteins. Is it the spike protein or a combination of proteins etc. in order to address it because the vaccines don't prevent being infected?by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
QuoteJoe Yes, the major mechanism seems involving NO. Perhaps a good idea would be to take L-citrulline not arginine, 3 times per day possibly along with daily Tadalafil for NO . Worth a try. Just looked up Tadlfil . I think the L-citrulline try is enough, wouldn't want to muddy the resultsby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM

Meantime you could try Zeolite and or Chlorella. No idea if it works to eliminate lead but it will do no harm as far as i know. I know from a friend who used to work with chemical sprays which contained mercury in the north Queensland cane fields. His blood mercury levels were very high (don't remember the values) so i took chlorella regularly for a few months and had a retest which showeby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM

Thank you Jackie! It's probably a matter of finding out what one's requirements are and what if any oversupply (of all proteins) would cause. From what i gather it would just turn to body fat but is this the whole story? Many recommend around 1.6g of protein/1kg body weight. Wonder if that is to cover decreasing assimilation with age or not? Anyway, i'm beginning to take someby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Many of us know how stressful it is to first have AF - and it still is for me when i have an episode but much much less so since i've learned more (and lots of it from others on this site ) If your husband is anti Yoga or similar techniques, perhaps he will do/try breathing techniques.
