Hi Jackie, I was listening to a podcast from a doctor who is a sleep specialist, and he indicated that the correct melatonin dose is .3 mg. I think that jibes pretty closely with what you're saying as well. By the way, I signed up for a service that has an abundance of very helpful health information: All the best, Queby Que - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I'm happy to share that I am no longer taking Eliquis. How long does it take before it's completely out of your system?by Que - AFIBBERS FORUM

Thanks, Carey, I appreciate the help. I'm looking into it, as Dr. Natale's nurse told me there was a risk. Correct, I'm not in the high-risk group, so not likely a big deal.by Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
The CVS site has this warning, which explains the issue. I've had 3 does of the Moderna vaccine. Would it make sense to switch to Janssen / J&J, especially since I'm on Eliquis now and will likely stop soon? Pfizer and Moderna People receiving mRNA COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna), especially males aged 12 to 39 years, should be aware of the rare possibilityby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM

Hi Pompon, Sorry, I don't have any information on how it performs while moving. All the best, Ryanby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
Interesting, so if the vaccine is thought to trigger Afib, what is the advice as naturally the protection from the vaccine is important too?by Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks all, that is reassuring. Here's the PAC data • 11 am (0 PAC, 1 Couplet) • 12 pm (33 PAC, 2 Couplet) • 1 pm (82 PAC, 0 Couplet, 2 Trigeminy) • 2 pm (232 PAC, 1 Couplet, 4 Trigeminy ) • 3 pm (91 PAC, 1 Couplet) • 4 pm (82 PAC, 2 Couplet) • 5 pm (131 PAC, 1 Couplet) • 6 pm (58 PAC, 0 Couplet) • TOTAL: (709 PAC, 8 Couplet, 6 Trigeminy) BTW: I've juby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi, I was told by Dr. Natale's nurse in Pasos Robles they thought Covid Vaccination was triggering Afib. I've been meaning to ask here about that. Would the above study negate that claim?by Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
How many PACs are considered problematic? My at-home continuous ECG from Wellue indicates • SESSION 1 (18-hour period) 17 PAC Couplets • SESSION 2 (18-hour period) 5 PAC Couplets • SESSION 3 (11-hour period) 14 PAC Couplets • SESSION 4 (8-hour period) 709 PAC, 9 PAC Coupletsby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi All, I'm told by Drugs.com there is a moderate drug interaction between Magnesium Glycinate and Vitamin D3. What does everyone else think about this? All the best, Ryan Magnesium Glycinate interacts with Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Using cholecalciferol together with magnesium glycinate can lead to elevated magnesium blood levels, particularly in individuals with reduced kby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
Spoke to Natale's NP at Los Robles today, watchmans are put in after the the LAA procedure in case they need to go back and do more on the LAA.by Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
I asked Natale's NP at Los Robles, they don't do Watchman and an LAA at the same time in case the LAA needs more work in the future.by Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
I heard today it is a 40% chance of needing a watchman or anti coagulation with an appendage procedure.by Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thank you, Drugs.com also say Vit D and Calcium are a concern. That's in my routine (those 2 supplements). Any thoughts on that, please? Also, curcumin and ginger are a concern with Eliquis. Thank youby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
Carey, yes he wants to keep the option open of isolating the LAA in the next procedure. He said he would wait for a period of time to see if I needed another ablation. If not, then a watchman could be inserted. All the bestby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
I recently spoke with my EP at Sutter Health in San Francisco, Dr Hao, and he indicated that he does not perform a second ablation and the watchmen at the same time. He indicated that when a Watchman device or other similar types of devices are inserted into a patient it limits the amount of future ablation work that I can occur at that spot. Is that correct? I think I've heard some other opby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM

On another topic it was mentioned that Eliquis and omega 3 fish oil are contraindicated? Is that correct? What is the advice regarding taking both of those. Is it OK to simply take them at separate times in the day? Thank youby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks everyone does are great suggestions. Is that really too true? Eliquis and omega-3 fish oil have a bad interaction?by Que - AFIBBERS FORUM

Thank you, everyone! I called my health insurance 24/7 nurse (which is a great resource if you don't know of that). Most plans have one. We reasoned it was better to skip the dose too given my CHADS score of 0 and that Eliquis has a 1/2 life of 12 hours. One pill lasts in the system for 24 hours. Can't say I slept well though! I bought a 7-day, twice daily pill box too!by Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi all, If I'm unsure if I took Eliquis tonight, is it better to skip the dose? I'm sure I took it this morning. My dosage is 5mg twice daily. My CHADS score is very low (no risk factors) and I'm currently in sinus. Thanksby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi All, I have a broken blood vessel in my eye. Do I need to discontinue Eliquis? All the best, Ryanby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
I've been using the Wellue Device on and off for about a week now. My overall experience is that it seems quite good. I've been using the chest strap which is similar to any of the other running chest strap devices which are on the market. You attach the device which is about the size of a thick nail file. It's light and comfortable and easy to wear. I haven't had any types ofby Que - AFIBBERS FORUM
