Does Hot Showers cause Afib or ectopics

After i got out of the shower and was toweling off i felt like i was going to go into a fib
i get this feeling in my breast bone area above stomach. I just had a nice long hot shower can that cause or bring it on

That has never caused it for me.

A lot of other things mentioned in this list (in fact most of them) have triggered it for me (cold drinks, eating many things, MSG-containing foods, sweets, caffeine, etc.). But never a hot shower (although bending over while taking a hot shower has triggered it).

I have gotten A Fib during or right after a shower. I don`t believe it was brought on by the shower. For me, most of my A Fib occurs in the afternoon or evening, since I usually shower in the PM. I think it was just a coincidence. Because my A Fib is so random and irregular I have had a difficult time trying to figure out my triggers. One trigger for sure is stress.

I love having the occasional hot bath. If it's really hot and I submerge most of my body, it usually brings on some missed beats but never afib.
I also have the same triggers that Diane experiences.
