No one has mentioned Magnesium or Potassium yet. You probably are low in Mg, and will get lower if you keep taking Flec. Dr. Dean's book says it contains fluoride which antagonizes magnesium. We are all different. Flec made my AF worse, nothing worked for me but Amiodarone. I had to take it for about a month to control my heart rate while waiting for the hospitals to open after closiby LaniB - AFIBBERS FORUM
Does anyone have any experience with the Ion Detox Foot Bath? www.amajordifference.com is the website for the product. Dr. Detrich Klinghart advocates using it to detox the body from glyphosate and aluminum especially, as well as other contaminants. I know from testing that I have too much lead and mercury, but to do that I'd need 2 or 3 treatments per week for maybe 14 weeks or more.by LaniB - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Congratulaitons NLAMAF! Two Weeks Afib free is HEAVEN!! May you make it at least another 13 years!!!or more! I agree! that most people who have one and done ablations never frind this website. They just go on with life. I hope you do too. The fact that you made it through all of that strees, and NSR held means a lot!by LaniB - AFIBBERS FORUM
I understand now, first hand, that what works for one person may not work for another. I am hoping to get some suggestions. Background: I had been taking a liquid MgCl supplement for almost a year. It brought my RBC Mg level up from 4.9 to 5.7. Then I learned it contained lead. My heavy metal test showed that my lead level increased as well during the time period I was taking that liquidby LaniB - AFIBBERS FORUM
I hope you have Medicare. They'll pay anywhere. Cleveland Clinic puts right on their website that for paroxysmal Afib their success rate is 85%, and for persistent Afib, it's 60%. Since you said you didn't know the lingo quite yet, paroxysmal is when you can convert back to normal sinus rhythm on your own. Natale used to be at the Cleveland clinic, so at least some of thoseby LaniB - AFIBBERS FORUM

Do you know your Red Blood Cell Magnesium level or Exatest Magnesium level? If you are low in Mg, or below optimal and still in the "normal" range, the muscles you use lifting may "burn up" what little extra Mg you have. If you are under any stress at all on top of that, which we all are, you are burning up magnesium big time. I'm just learing all of this, but try toby LaniB - AFIBBERS FORUM

Afibbers have learned that we need to monitor eleoctolyte balance in the body. Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium and Potassium have to be in the right balance for a normal heart rhythm. If carnivore diet excludes green leafy vegetables (for Magnesium) and potatoe, sweet potatoe, nuts, beans, V8 and coconut water (for Potassium), IF that's the case, you may be flirting with getting too much caby LaniB - AFIBBERS FORUM
Well, no surprise since I took 4t of ReMag per day for about 8 months, (Of course I've stoped now) but my latest heavy metal test showed that my Lead level has increased quite a bit. (Probably the REMag since I gave up chocolate for Afib) My Mercury, Cesium, and Barium all went up too. I thought I was detoxing by eating a lot of either organic cilantro, dandelion leaves, parsley everydayby LaniB - AFIBBERS FORUM
It looks interesting but does it also bind to your minerals? Most importantly Magnesium, then Potassium? Since my mercury tested high, I did some detoxing with DMSA a couple of years ago and I am now sure that it exacerbated my fledgling afib into full blown afib episodes, due to Magesium loss. Now that I've had a successful ablation, and I'm rebuilding my Magnesium stores, I realby LaniB - AFIBBERS FORUM
I did get the electric company (which installed a "smart meter" on my home without asking us), to remove and replace it with the old analog type, at no additional cost to us. Thank you Jackie and Barry, Voltage, EMFs, Radio Waves, Microwaves are all just words to me. I wish I understood the subject better. Does anyone have any knowledge about how electric fields, microwave or radiowaves or 5G may affect heart rhythm? SO many ways to ingest Magnesium! I just ordered Dr.'s Best Mg Lysinate Glycinate Chelate Traacs powder, because Consumer Lab report showed it had no heavy metal contamination. According to my only source so far, Dr. Dean's Magnesium Miracle, Vitamin D facilitates Calcium absorption, and Ca blocks Mg from getting into the cells where it's needed. So as Stephen Carr has pointed out in his posts that when we are increasing vitamin D, we really need to eat a super LOW calcium diet. I've read that in addition to Magnesium, that people who have, or have had AF should be taking Coenzyme Q10, Taurine, and D Ribose. Does anyone know what each one is for? and how much is needed. According to Dr. Dean's book the Magesium Miracle, there are other things which hamper the body's ablility to use magnesium. The biggest being Calcium and Zinc.
