Yes true. My oldest dearest friend since 1966 died 3 yrs ago. Alcoholic. Brutal alcoholic so much we would be amazed. He never had afib far as we know just everything elseby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Me too. Never had anything close to gout nor its type of inflammatory symptoms yet i did use alcohol rather consistent for 12 yrs prior to afib Ive know a few gout sufferers. Its bad stuff but they had no afib. Dr Natale did put me on some colchicine prior and post ablation in 2021 to ease pericarditis risk. Which i had none with Austin but did here is Charlotte. Natale also use’s Lasix the mornby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM

Thankyou V. Id read about D Apartic Acid once. Im ultra sensitive to so much. I used creatine 3 yrs ago for 5 days. Bam! 18 hr afib at 122. It converted. I cant prove it but had been very free of episodes prior so??by Poppino - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Yes exactly G so before starting i had psa and digital rectal exam. It does seem that it in no way is a cause but fuels existing As time goes by im sure it’ll become much more scientific in its useby Poppino - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Its an interesting study. Ive not gone in blindly. Im aware of the thicker blood potential. Life Extension did an extensive look at this couple yrs ago. Basically that most things go south as T goes down. Muscle loss sex drive vitality heart disease prostate cancer etc. my psa is 0.7 I try and be smart but i just like how i feel with just some say every 3-4 weeks. Im 69. Testosterone level about 350 confirmed on blood work. Zero negative effects. Muscle vitality brain fog sex drive. Yet i have it. I would love to use even 1/2 dose every 2-4 weeks. My issue: in the past it seems to trigger (sometimes) a tachy response a day or two later. 2-15 mins of 105-110 bpm. So freaks me some. I love even .5 cc not a full 1.0 cc Any thoughts? Anyone use ? And……why woby Poppino - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

Ill chime in as i too am in the Dr Natale Watchman Club as my journey was a bit different: LAA isolated 8-6-21 (atypical flutter ablation) 2-16-22 return to Austin for my Watchman with Dr Natale. He rather reluctantly approved my request to have the first TEE back in Charlotte: Dr Holshouser EP 3-31-22 TEE - Holshouser called me the day after saying its perfect that it and I could not look bettby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
I actually collect coffee from private roasters around the country. A hobby. I drink strong dark coffee ea AM Have since afib started 2006. No relationship. Yes ive been ablated but have found alcohol to be my culprit A direct relationship. I drank coffee the morning after my 8-6-21 Natale ablation in Austin. I also eat very dark chocolate Every dayby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
My ep here who i love told me of atypical flutter: it’s problematic. He didnt touch LAA. I got waaaay worse Natale fixec me. 16 months of zeroby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
I ll second all this. I had an afib and right flutter ablated 2012. The left flutter march 2021. Didnt work. Was worse. The to Austin. Natale flutter ablation Aug 2021. Nothing since other than an alcohol induced 20 min episode. Atypical Flutter is not the easiest. Dr Natale isolated my LAA then put a Watchman in me Feb 2022by Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Dr Natale too had me use colchicine prior and post ablation 5 days ea. for reducing risk of peracarditis since i had it post ablation 6 months earlier here in charlotte I was also given lasix in my iv morning after ablation. No peracarditisby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
For me alcohol has been my no 1 Trigger since 2006 even after 2012 & 2021 ablations. An easy no 2 is MSG. I avoid it , i always check canned or frozen foods or anything flavored. Again it can be individual but something i really avoidby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
I too had Dr Natale place my Watchman on 2-16-22. 5 weeks after covid!! He agreed for my TEE to be here in Charlotte with all results transmitted to Austin. My EP here: Warren Holshouser called me on 4-1-22 and said it was perfect , no leaks gaps nor risidual flow. Said it could not look any better. So i agree with Carey that any leaks etc are pretty unlikely. I of course tried to consume anythinby Poppino - AFIBBERS FORUM
Cary is correct: indica. Wife & I have tried Delta 8 gummies and i found i can only tolerate a very small amount. I seem so sensitive to so much. Pot Alcohol Delta 8 and i only use about 10-15 mgs of viagra. All just seem to adversely effect me from a HR standpoint a nervous standpoint and an absolute threat to my calm heart.
