Yes, George, sad and pathetic. Yes 100 µg of K2 (and magnesium to bowel tolerance) is well advised. The Hippocratic oath says first do no harm and that’s precisely what these doctors are doing by dissuading patients from the correct path.by PC, MD - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thank you for that George. Great article. Can't believe it got published. Big Pharma ain't gonna like this. Did't know that preventative/therapeutic levels could be reached so quickly. So, for the D deficient that convert or just suspect the COVID, it's megadoses of C and D. Sounds easy, but not too confident the frightened clinicians will subscribe to that.by PC, MD - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Aloha Sam, It sounds like you are leaning against the flu vaccine but would like a quick informed response should your physician query a refusal. Hi Joe, For me there are so many negatives for the flu vaccine that the positive benefits are outweighed. I can’t comment on the claim made in the video, but it may be true. But it’s just one of many. Why is Congress granting immunity to Big Pharma in a growing number of areas, especially vaccines? Why did the Supreme Court grant "qualified immunity” to the police in 1959 and then upholby PC, MD - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
In Massachusetts the flu vaccine is now mandatory. As we head into the fall and winter, I thought it a timely topic. I know this is a hot topic. So, I will state at the outset that I am not here to make you drink, only to provide the water. The decision is yours. Using CDC data 1. 49,000,000 flu cases 2017-18 (CDC) 2. Aloha colindo, I agree with you, gotta be kg. My guess on the fill up question is that this represents an increase of 14 ng/ml in blood level of 25 hydroxy D. How can that Michigan idiot differentiate between a shortage of vitamin D causing a disease (Ricketts) and a disease causing vitamin D deficiency (hypertension, diabetes, obesity, age,…)? It makes no sense. One can always increase intake, if needed. To peddle such a message is criminal IMHO. Thank you Betty Lou, That's a nice little app. The video at the beginning is quite informative. Thank you for further highlighting vitamin D. George, My problem is not potassium (gluconate). It’s all about the magnesium. Blue devil er Wolfpack, That’s a good plan. The problem is actually absorbing it. Aqueous magnesium is the most absorbable form of magnesium, but if you’re a urinary magnesium waster like me, you’re going to struggle. Aloha fellow old fart (George), Just to underscore the biological individuality theme, many months before eventually resorting to ablation I too used a Holter monitor to evaluate potassium. During one 24 hour Holter monitor with no potassium supplementation I counted about 250 PACs per hour. Then I supplemented with 300 mg Q3H and saw the number of PACs drop to about a dozen per hour.
