Carol - exactly! My former massage therapist told me to interrupt the energy by massaging across the muscle fibers. The times when I was most vulnerable were early evening, after a meal, sitting down to read or watch the news on TV.... it would kick in with regularity. My new massage therapist and chiropractor work at every visit on clearing the chakras..and making sure the diaphragm isby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM

Kent - what about just taking tiny amounts of of salt in the palm of your hand - occasionally throughout the day - depending on how much you determine you need - and just licking it off - washing it down and be done with it. Then you can enjoy the rest of the water without salt. I would think that if you can taste the lemon juice, you are getting too much acidity and I would worry very much abby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Doug - I was instructed to try this early on in my afib career. It never worked. When I was in the ER this past spring, they had me try it with more "gusto" than I had been doing it at home. Richard - Martin Unique Water was what originally inspired the making of Waller Water (WW) about which we had much communication on the BB about one year ago. Erling developed a method to make a magnesium-rich water at home very economically. The 'recipe' was published numerous times on the BB Hans published it in his book, and a trial study was conducted by Hans on people consuby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
