I have done that, taken T3 only, in a long line of different thyroid meds, Mixing them every different way the last was bioidentical time released T3 and T4 and I still got palpitations. I finally told Doc I would rather be tired than have palpitations everyday. He agreed and we are watching my thyroid though blood tests. So far so good. The single T3 did give me palpitations also. But thatby Dee - AFIBBERS FORUM

Jackie, if I tried iherb for a month, would that be a long enough period to see if it would work? If it did then I could consider ordering the more expensive stuff. iherb's is Biocell. Or am I doing it backwards? Thanks Deeby Dee - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thanks Jackie, I had tried Hyaluronic Acid capsules a few years ago. But I don't remember the name and I possibly did not take them long enough. Does iherb have anything that is good? Deeby Dee - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

I too have type A neg blood and the diet sounds good for me, with a few exceptions. When I read my "type" no loud noises and yoga for exercise, and other things that I did, I was mightily surprised as it suited me to a T. I am going to read further into it. I too need some meat protein for energy.by Dee - AFIBBERS FORUM

We are all experiments of one. What works for one may or may not work for another. I have not had an event since Nov. 2014, before that I had none. The year before 4-5. But I really cannot tell anyone what has caused NSR. or the events, I know I am not cured. I am glad you have found by whatever means NSR. Best of luck to youby Dee - AFIBBERS FORUM
My doc tests for most Vitamins. When I get the copy of the blood tests from him it is almost a small book. There are some hormone tests on there also.by Dee - AFIBBERS FORUM
I read and don't remember where, maybe PubMed, that anytime a person usually a person over 50 under goes an operation and is put to sleep it affect the brain cells somehow causing them to be less affective. I have not done a lot of studying on this. Just picking my operations. If not needed I won't have it done. Of course sometimes it is unavoidable.by Dee - AFIBBERS FORUM

A friend of mine had the same thing happen to her and the bruise burst. Needless to say she went to the hospital. She had a quad bypass about 4 months ago. She is 70. She is now in rehab and seems to be doing well. She will remember to use her walker, maybe, now. She is very stubborn. You are very lucky, The best to you.by Dee - AFIBBERS FORUM
I have been on Coumadin for almost 3 years. I eat whatever I want and take Vit K7. My Doc adjusts my dosage when I need it. I have had stable INR for almost 2 years. The only side affect is bruising and I think it made my hair thin out, But I have thyroid issues also so that may account for that . Some day I want to try Eliquis, when the bugs are worked out. But we are all different.by Dee - AFIBBERS FORUM

Actually Jackie was the one who told me to take about 1/8 tsp of salt in the morning. And it does seem to work. My adrenals were not up to par last year. We will see at the next test. I use Celtic salt. My choice. When I was first diagnosed with afib 3 or so years ago, I didn't start to feel better until I found this site and did a lot of reading and adding supplements. My Doc checks my balance every year and am good so far. I do yoga twice a week and I feel it does improve my balance. And I grew 3/4 of an inch this past Dexa. Yoga is good for so many things. I am 75 and keep improving in yoga. But slowly and easily.by Dee - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
