Natto reducing platelets

Has anyone found that their platelets blood markers are being reduced while on natto?

I assume your talking about nattokinase supplements? I have been eating natto food since early 2005. I have eaten 50g every second day since then. I had a blood test just before I started eating natto in 2005 so I can give you a before and after look at my platelets over 18 yrs as follows:

2005…. 165…...Range 150 - 400
2021…. 163

Other blood tests over that time showed the same thing. Platelet count didn’t vary at all.

I use nattokinase supplements daily, and eat Natto once or twice a week. On the days when I eat it, I don't use the supplement.
