I haven't posted in awhile since my stroke, but Im not sure if I can take vitamin D3 + K2 on Eliquis 5mg 2 x day?

Yes, you can. Just keep the doses reasonable.

I Take one dose a day of a joint pill of Vitamin D3 125mg & Vitamin K2 100mg.
