Only if the operator is skilled at finding and mapping sources of afib. That aspect won't change, and that's the skill that separates the true experts from the rest of the crowd. If you don't ablate the right places, it doesn't matter what technology you use. However, it should vastly improve outcomes with skilled operators because it's a huge improvement in safety as discussed in the thread George linked.
