Earthing (Grounding) Health Risks & AF

About 3:12 sec he starts talking about it causing his AF episodes and joint pains..
He seems to think its the Dirty Grounding Source from ultilities.
How do you filter your Ground source ?

Thanks for that post, I haven't found any benefit from my grounding sheet, so I think I'm going to stop using it, and rely on natural grounding when I can.
