I just started (this week) using a tablespoon of powdered ribose in bottled water after exercise. Wow, lots of trips to the restroom! Anyone experience this? Every 30 minutes or so. Ridiculous.

I've been using ribose before and after exercise for about 2 months and have not had those symptoms.

I use 5 grams both before and after exercise and have no such symptoms.
