Epsom salts and magnesium absorption

Hi,

I'm posting this for a friend who is trying to increase her uptake of magnesium but cannot seem to tolerate oral supplementation. Thanks.

For Epsom Salts:

[www.epsomsaltcouncil.org]

Ways to use epsom salts transdermally
<[www.enzymestuff.com];

Also Magneisum Chloride (aka Magnesium Oil)
<[www.afibbers.org];

I use mag chloride, which I purchase as Nigari, for both oral and transdermal use. I had the Mitoku brand tested for heavy metals prior to using it. It tested very clean [www.naturalimport.com]

Mr. Bill - you can read about problems with absorption and tolerance with the various magnesium products here:
[www.afibbers.org]

You may find a tip or a combo of mangesium products that will enable you to optimize your intracellular levels to tissue saturation which is where you need to be to start to get relief from AF. That and then the most important electrolyte, potassium... should start to make a difference for you. You'll need to optimize the magnesium before trying the potassium, though, as it potassium alone may make the AF worse.

Bill,

I get my Mitoku brand nigari at [www.naturalimport.com] I usually purchase several 5# bags at once. It works out to about $0.03/gram elemental mag (including shipping).

You can purchase the epsom salts at any pharmacy.
