As males get older SHBG normally increases as it has in my case being 78[my age that is].

I have read various material on reduction,chrysin, tribulis ,aromasin,

any suggestions?

I found this stuff on Earth Clinic. I was not familiar with SHBG.
Looks like it causes a lot of other stuff.

OK, alex, i'll bite. What on earth [or out of it] is SHBG? a new movie monster like godzilla? some cartoon character off the saturday morning cartoons? a new food additive/poison? All of you seem addicted to alphabet soup terms today. I can handle K for potassium, but 4 letter gobbledegook is beyond me.

If you google the "alphabet soup" you usually get the definition. SHBG is sex hormone-binding globulin.
