This is not related to a fib, but Shannon had responded to me about this several years ago. I went off HRT the end of January, after 3 months of gradually reducing the dosage. I have gained weight and have 7-10 hot flashes a day. I went because. Didn’t know if I still needed them but am now reconsidering. Shannon, at the time you were telling me the benefits of staying on them, but I can’t find the post. If you see this, can you please advise? And, of course, anyone else please chime in if you have an opinion. I don’t know if I should expect the weight gain to taper off and I can lose it and when, if ever, the hot flashes will stop. I was doing well on low dose Estradiol and Progesterone. Thanks to anyone for your advice. Louise
