I started the Chelated Magnesium 2 weeks ago; I take 200 mg 2x a day and I drink one quart of the WW water a day also. I also started drinking 1 ounce "shots"of the concentrated WW water. I fought constipation this weekend and I am at a lost to why. I actually had to take a laxative yesterday morning (Ducolax) to help me become unconstipated. I take 10 mg of Elavil at night for my Interstitial Cystitis. After starting the Quercentin about 3 weeks ago, I tapered off the Elavil but it has been a mistake.I am having frequency at night and my IC pain is at a higher threshhold.. I am disappointed. I wanted off the Elavil because it has a major interaction with Multaq. Dr. Natale was aware of me taking Elavil with multaq as well as my cby smackman - AFIBBERS FORUM
I have been on 200 mg of chelated Magnesium 2X a day for 4 days; I take one at 10 AM; The other at 10 PM. I also drink 1 liter of Waller water a day. My stools are not any looser than before I began the Chelated Magnesium. I eat a "fairly" high fiber diet. I consume 2 fiber bars a day which have 9 grams of fiber in each bar. My issue with increasing my Magnesium intake seems to be Low Heart Rate. My resting heart rate is in the low 50's drinking 1 quart of Waller Water and 2 200 mg of chelated magnesium ; one in the morning and one at bedtime. I am still on Multaq And a Low dose of Lopressor (12.5 mg 2x a day). I do not want to cause arrhythmia issues. I should get off the Multaq after Easter. Any thoughtby smackman - AFIBBERS FORUM

I went for a regular routine physical in Dec. 2011; I was told I had AFIB and I had no idea I had a issue. I knew my heart had been racing at times but it did not interfere with my life. I decided on Xeralto because it is 1X a day. Dr. Natale gave me a choice between Xeralto or Elequis and I chose Xeralto for 2 reasons; .1 It is a tier 2 drug with my private insurance company were Elequis is a tier 3 meaning Elequis is more expensive and .2 Xarelto is taken only 1X a day with the evening meal. I have had no issues with Xeralto. Before Xeralto, I was taking Pradaxa but Dr.by smackman - AFIBBERS FORUM

I have anxiety issues this I admit but ever since my Ablation I have felt more jittery, just uncomfortable than usual. Multaq made me feel really bad when I first started taking it back in Sept 2013 for almost a month then I got over it. I blamed it on the Multaq.
