FWIW, i find your experience/experimenting very interesting! It doesn't mean i'll copy everything or anything you do. Instinctively i feel that going into low keton keto metabolism for a short time (days or a few weeks) is beneficial on many levels. Your feats need quite some training i suspect.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Don't know of a doctor but understand that taking Chlorella helps the body eliminate mercury - well it did when a work colleague took it. The doctor was surprised. Don't know if it chelates any other heavy metals.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Proof will be in results. If it indeed is that efficacious and by the sound of it relatively cheap then i'd expect a lot of resistance from the industry.by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

George, are you a follower of Wim Hof? He is onto something as has been shown empirically. I'm too comfortable (whimpy) to do the cold treatment.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM

Carey's question is apt. If you did have a stroke (what were your symptoms) i'm certain that doctors would prescribe an anti-coagulant at a minimum.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Sorry to read about your problem and the stress it causes you. I'd try to find a 'holistic' medical practitioner. Probably too many variables to deal with here? While your tests show everything is normal it may not be normal for you or they haven't looked at all the possibilities (most likely) - obviously there is a problem. Best wishes, Joeby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
That's interesting, Jackie. We have plenty of brown coal near where i live (Latrobe valley - Victoria). Wonder (why it costs so much)how they make the extract and put it into a bottle.by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I'm not surprised, Jackie. After all, the formulations are designed to be more effective (cytotoxic). Also noted from other reading that Seralini is despised by the industry. I've listened to him being interviewed and he strikes me as a serious researcher.by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Had a chance to read your link, Liz. Desperately wish that they are correct. For the time being i'd like to avoid roundup in my system if that is possible QuoteTargeting the shikimate metabolic pathway in weeds, glyphosate interferes with protein synthesis in plants, bacteria, fungi and other organisms, but not in animals. You are saying that they dodgy work. It's not difficult finding other studies saying virtually the opposite - especially the ones sponsored by industry. I noticed a disclaimer in iphones' settings re radiation.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thank you Jackie and Liz for the links! I'll read them as soon as i find more time. Without being able to proof anything one way or another i tend to avoid anything i suspect was treated with roundup until i'm totally satisfied it's not harmful in the long run. Thanks for that heads up! My HR was only marginally lowered with beta blockers. While in hospital they gave me (luckily only once) digitalis because of my very low response to BB. My heart was quite enlarged but some months after the CV it reduced in size the cardiologist called normal. BTW, what is a good ejection fraction? Mine was 56% measured about 5 months ago. I'd be careful with Iodine. As with everything, it's a matter of balance. Get your levels checked first and then, normal levels might not be normal for you - it's tricky.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Quote I doubt it's a precise Benchmark, but the EP's say that the Ventricular rate has to be over 100 for a duration of more than 24 hours to cause Cardio-Myothapy. When i had the 24 hr monitor my average HR was 120, peaking at >170. My total afib time was about 4 months. In my case the Thyroid values were way out of normal range. Once brought back to normal by life style changes - i think? My cardio version held - so far (getting towards 2 years). Stopped beta blocker and Eliquis beginning last November. Nevertheless, i still feel some odd beats occasionally but it doesn't feel like afib. It's more like missing a beat or sometimes a few quick beats.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
'My' cardiologist told me that afib will return to me - it's just a matter of time. Could be weeks or 20 years but it will return. Then again he also told me that he didn't think cardio-version would get me into normal SR but it did - after the second try and me having obtained alternative advise as well as following it. Hi George, Is your vision improvement due to DHA/EPA consumption or high levels of D3, or not wearing sun glasses and being outside a lot and barefoot? I don't wear sun glasses either, my D3 is about 90 but i still burn in the sun (fairly light skinned). My vision has been static for the last 10 years, i'm 68 now. Cheersby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
