Ask 5 people what is good food, get 8 different opinions. I say that pemmican is the perfect food, when taken in a green leafy salad with raw egg yolk and the iodine protocol.by William - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Hour 2 of coast to coast feb 26 Can get the mp3 here: Well documented with military records and medical solution. It was terahertz radiation. I think that I was exposed to the same radiation in the winter of '94-'95.by William - AFIBBERS FORUM
I'm doing much the same. The trick is to learn what it is that is Really good for me, as well as what is bad for me. For instance just now I read this and learned something: "Dr Shanahan also surveyed hundreds of patients that were admitted to the hospital for a heart attack, and discovered that every single patient that just had a heart attack had consumed foods made with vegetabby William - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Only you can answer that question, and even then it requires rare knowledge. This because the supplements must answer a deficiency, and this is not well known - for instance I eat only meat from animals that are both grass-fed and grass-finished, so I get the perfect balance of omega 6 to omega 3 EFAs. I did not know that, and took a supplement of fish oil. The result was 3 strokes. I still haby William - AFIBBERS FORUM
I hope that you will consider a Mexican visit, as some doctors/clinics there have gained a reputation of actually curing cancer instead of the unhappy "treatment" imposed on people north of the border. There is at least one in Tijuana.by William - AFIBBERS FORUM
+1 for the supplements, the iodine protocol being the major one, as it is known to have cured afib.by William - AFIBBERS FORUM
Kelp does not do the trick. Good advice given in the link I posted above.by William - AFIBBERS FORUM
AFAIK the honest basic science on this subject was done by Olle Johannson; a small part of his finding is here: IIRC all man-made electro-magnetic pulsed radiation is harmful.by William - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

I've been using magnesium malate from AOR, because it seems to work and it does NOT contain magnesium stearate. Magnesium stearate is an anti-nutrient that is said to prevent absorption of 60% to 100% of the listed nutrient. From:by William - AFIBBERS FORUM
Most iodine tests are not reliable, so the successful have learned to ignore their doctors and go by their own experience. You might find this useful: AFAIK the only way of being rid of bromine is the iodine protocol.by William - AFIBBERS FORUM

Just water is a poor way of getting hydrated, as many have found. There was the runner in the Boston Marathon who died; not enough electrolytes in his blood to keep the heart beating. I drink distilled water, but always add for 2 litres: 1 or 2 teaspoon pickling or canning salt (close enough to pure salt - do not use table salt). 1 teaspoon vit. C as ascorbic acid 1 teaspoon potassium chlorby William - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I've suspected that the heart is being starved of something during arrhythmia; now here is a reason why. From: I was almost certainly hypothyroid, fixed by doing the iodine protocol and no longer fear heart problem(s). Easily chilled, but now it's like there is summer inside in winter. Enzymes rule! alexe, Thanks for this. I'm 76 and never heard of balance exercise or that it could help. Williamby William - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
While boric acid kills all fungus/yeast/mold on the surface, deeper infections require other methods. I never tried colloidal silver, but Lugol's iodine as part of Dr Brownstein's iodine protocol worked.by William - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
I've had a thundering great success with high animal fat diet, moderate (raw beef) protein and low to zero carbohyrate. Fat deficiency is of course never diagnosed, as doctors are trained to see fat as satanic. Salt deficiency is also common. Doctors are down on that too.by William - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
The "miracle" drug was tobacco. Processed, of course - can't have people taking up the evil habit of smoking, eh? Pineapple juice also helps. 500 grams/day of ascorbic acid cures it too - there's a good explanation of the microbiological reason why in curezone.com. Yes, that's more than a pound a day.by William - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

I quit eating cooked carbohydrates and have not had a heart arrhythmia since.by William - AFIBBERS FORUM
The paleo diet is 80% fat (actually essential fatty acids from animal source) and 20% raw protein - this is by calories. I am one of the very few who must do this, as everything else made me sick. I get tired of it, and try adding other stuff like scrambled eggs or rarely ham with a generous sprinkle of vit. C crystals and gobs of butter, lately clementines, but not for long. There are several different kinds of salt. Table salt contains added chemicals so that it does not get hard in humid air. Not recommended. Unrefined sea salt contains everything in seawater, including traces of things we don't want, such as bromine. I don't know what's in refined sea salt, but there will be something that makes it avoided. The latest recommended is pickling saby William - AFIBBERS FORUM
Please do not ignore the iodine protocol; has cured afib for many as well as other diseases caused by malnutrition. Put "iodine protocol atrial fibrillation" into a search engine and see for yourself.by William - AFIBBERS FORUM
"The Doctor says to not eat any meat, eggs, dairy and very little oil--he says these animal-based foods contain fats, which, he says contribute to coronary artery disease." Whopper! Inability to break down protein, eh? Me too, when it is cooked. If you were to try the raw paleolithic diet you would probably find the answer to your prayers, including insulin problems.by William - AFIBBERS FORUM
The iodine protocol works: Can't say from personal experience, because I found that my trigger was cooked carbohydrates/low fat. Still, I do the iodine protocol for many other reasons, as it turns out to be an essential nutrient for all the body.by William - AFIBBERS FORUM
Epigenetics is the answer to Methylation Dysfunction, the paleolithic diet and our prayers. I learned this a few hours ago by listening to Dr. Bruce Lipton PhD, a biologist who practically invented the field. I am a year older than your father, and went through a similar aging process, so feel qualified to write about this. "The hospital said that he would only get worse " I regret to write that this is true. Nothing modern medicine can do can save him, in my experience. IMHO What does work is to eat only raw (pemmican) and supplement with the iodine protocol of Dr. Brownstein.by William - AFIBBERS FORUM
I just tape the North side to a small burn or bug bite, it removes pain and itch in 1/2 hour. If the itch is serious (no see 'ums) a second application always works in another 1/2 hour. BTW years ago I got a big one, and used it to stop a heart arrhythmia. I was overjoyed. It worked twice, and never again for that. This is why I rave about the raw paleolithic diet + iodine protocol.
