"We searched for nutrient deficiencies that could cause cardiac arrhythmias , and found literature support for deficiencies of taurine and l-arginine. Case histories of people with very frequent arrhythmias are presented showing 10-20g taurine per day reduced PACs by 50% and prevented all PVCs but did not prevent pauses. Adding 4-6g of l-arginine immediately terminated essentially all reby unangan - AFIBBERS FORUM

Interesting. Going to look further into this, as time allows. First impression, is, O was used as a weapon to kill... interesting in it's self. Interesting that our horiblemoans can mimic such chemicals. Second, MOUTH tape.... I bet there's something to it, laughingly. TFP, I look forward to others responses.by unangan - AFIBBERS FORUM
You don't need an excuse to get one, or justify it. My hub has the Galaxy 3.. it's invaluable. It's a tool that helps you learn you! So quit making up excuses to not buy one :-P I appreciate GN's posts.. I learn from them. Electrolytes, keep them up. Pay attention to the small signals. Keep posting.by unangan - AFIBBERS FORUM

Have you thought about a smart watch that monitors? My husband got one , it will take an ECG, OTS (on the spot) but not live. Let me get to my point. This device has helped correlate other symptoms and find out when he was likely in afib, even if it's brief. Less than five min or during sleep. Thanks for replying George. That book was the first thing I bought. I actually blazed through it with the paperback and audio version as well as we spend much time on the road. It gave us a path to healing and hope.....and a goal. I saved your NIH link, I had read this in the form and was curious. I I'm grateful for the link. I'm going to pass it along. OH, there is a podcasby unangan - AFIBBERS FORUM
Sounds like you've been doing a lot of research, good. Have you searched this forum much? It's a wealth of knowledge. I would look into a smart watch that monitors your ECG and such. We thought my husband was in NSR for over a week only to correlate the signs that obviously, he was not always, although brief, seconds. We wouldn't have noticed this other than somedays he has paiby unangan - AFIBBERS FORUM
My husband has reentered Afib after 2 years of his first bout which was seemingly CURED via cardioversion. Long story short, looking back, he's been in and out of AF much longer. I'm the scientific type, least the best I can be lacking the education for such. But I value proof and data...studies and these last few days, all of you. We have drastically changed his and my dietby unangan - AFIBBERS FORUM
