I would be very careful about using the Chinese herbs you're being prescribed. I doubt there's any documentation of them or much testing of them from wherever they're grown to your OMD's shelf. Lots of heavy metals in some. For several years my wife saw a Caucasian OMD who lived and studied in China and had his own Chinese Pharmacy. About 10 years ago he stopped buying hby ggheld - AFIBBERS FORUM
I've had it for over 40 years, tried everything, including laser treatment, topical and oral fungicides. Some of them worked for perhaps 6 months but it always came back. I even changed all my sheets and footwear after one, "successful" period but it still came back. My Dermatologist, who also has it, has been experimenting with different solutions for several years, too.by ggheld - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM

The Fasting Cure Is No Fad New research is showing the profound benefits—for weight, longevity and fighting disease—of eating only during limited hours By Andreas Michalsen Aug. 1, 2019 12:21 pm ET Fasting is one of the biggest weight-loss trends to arise in recent years. I had that for many years and worried about if my heart would quit or whatever, being a long term anxiety sufferer. Steve: Just today an article was published about low T and possible increase of Alzheimer's in prostate cancer patients, maybe up to a 30% increase in dementia risk with ADT. Link is below. Seems to me we should get back to a normal T level ASAP. <;by ggheld - AFIBBERS FORUM
Steve: Indeed more men will die with prostate cancer than because of it. Some of us prefer neither of those choices. Your Oncologist's statement about low T delaying the onset of prostate cancer is no longer current thinking, IMHO. I was on medical testosterone therapy for more than 10 years; first liquid topical from the VA then implants from my Urologist. Had to quit when I developed prostate cancer. I was told my my medical mafia that testosterone doesn't cause prostate cancer but will accelerate the growth of it if you have it. Buying powdered Taurine seems to make sense - Less work, cheaper and just as pure, or moreso. Doesn't seem to make much sense to buy Taurine powder that's been encapsulated then break it down into powder again. Josiah: I posted about similar issues with Amiodarone years ago as have several others since . Amiodarone is known to cause thyroids to go from normal or hypo to hyper and it happened to me after about 2 years of taking the drug, and it happened quickly. The UCSF Endocrinologist's simplified comments were that all the iodine in the Amiodarone simply burned out my thyroid. He put me onby ggheld - AFIBBERS FORUM

I'm sure when you awaken in anxiety you're breathing short rapid breaths and maybe doing the same worrying about going to sleep when you go to bed.
