Looking good for the US if he is right:by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
It's not this or that - eat 'natural whole' food of any sort as long as it does not spike your blood glucose level above 120 or so depending whose advice you take. Any advice that oks above 120 mg/dl i'd be suspicious of.by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Isn't Sinovac a killed/weakened virus vaccine? It's efficacy (nobody talks about NNT) is much lower than the mRNA vaccines but not that far behind AZ vaccine (depending where one looks) However, it seems to work better against the S.African virus. AZ is pretty woeful against that strain. Anyhow, killed/weakened virus vaccines aren't without potential problems. Nothing is 100%safeby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
There are some traditional dead virus vaccines on the market. Not sure if they are available in the US? If you have any concerns for whatever reason then perhaps Novavax is an option. No mRNA, no adenovirus, nothing grown in aborted human cells, nothing grown in monkey kidney cells....by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
There were 20 or so in Norway for a start. Of course it is spun that the recipients had problems to start with and the 'side effects' pushed them over the edge. If they caught SARS-CoV-2 then of course they would have died because they caught the virus However, the risk of having a serious or even deadly SARS-CoV-2 infection is infinitely greater than having problems after a vaccinatby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
No problem, your understanding is probably better than mine. As far as i'm aware there are 31 reported documented cases of re-infection but no doubt there are more undocumented ones. Don't know if it is known how many binding domains of spike proteins our body makes various (along Th1 and Th2 pathways etc.) antibodies against when a wild infection occurs? It is known (but i donby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
If you had Covid you'd have antibodies to many more proteins of the SARS-CoV-2 virus than what you'd get from any vaccine. Getting the vaccine would most likely not hurt (if you are good with all the other parts contained in the vaccine), may or may not improve your immunity. Just my 2 centsby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM

Don't know but given a choice i'd go for Novavax or Johnson and Johnson if/when the stage III trails pan out; bearing in mind that the other vaccines are still on emergency release as well. Wonder why nobody on popular media (and in the Pharma releases) mentions absolute effectiveness and NNT (number needed to treat). Obviously you are not a fan of the iMATH+ or FLCC alliance recommenby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thank you George and Ken! Not sure about DMT breathing relationship. We did not hold after the last out breath. The breath hold on the last big inhale is only a few seconds, that is until the pop sound in the chest happens. Ken's mention of the vena cava collapsing could explain the single pop sound (scary!)by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
As young teenagers we did a breathing and breath hold exercise that got us hallucinating - a short 'trip' of 20 to 30 seconds (completely passed out und unconscious). One kid would lock his arms around the subject's ribcage from behind. Then the subject would take 15 to 20 deep in and out breath with the assistant squeezing the chest on the outbreath to expel all air. After the lby Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks for the post George! I use breath also when my HR goes 'funny' but can't describe it well. All i know is that so far it gets the HR feeling back to normal.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM

And in the meantime while we are waiting for a vaccine.....? Not forgetting that some people can't have the vaccine e.g. pregnant, allergies etc.by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Fair enough NLAMA. COVID and how different societies handle it is another long story. Ignoring preventative measures is a huge mistake regardless of country - how that is driven...? Regardless, i'm just interested at the claims at hand - false, correct or more info needed. Edit: Thanks for the links. Had watched them some time ago but largely forgot some of it, so thank you for the reminby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
George, unfortunately i haven't got your willpower and determination, yet. Still, i like all the info and N1 experiences and somehow reflect it upon my decisions (within my willpower) You would be an excellent candidate for Dr Horvath and his epigenetic clocks. Increasingly, i think many of our early chronic problems and reduced health span, even for the ones who eat a good diet and lifeby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
If i understood the discussion, it was about the refined Omega 6 seed oils rather than the ones in food (except animal meats where the animals were fed food with added refined Omega 6s)? They did say if one wants to avoid all Omega 6s one would starve to death (or words to that effect). 1 to 2% is normal in a wholefood diet.by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
NLAMA, you say that seed oil consumption isn't a health problem or are you just attacking the messenger?by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
What motivates Senator Gary Peters to be such a blatant liar? Clearly, the doctors are saying to wear masks, social distance, hygiene and are pro vaccine.by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thanks for the link, Todd! Was a bit hesidant to listen to it but it turned out to be really informative. Go to about 30 min for a bit on heart deseaseby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Dr Mobeen mentioned that a pharmacy in NY refused to fill a prescription written by a doctor for Ivermectine. Further, some in the medical establishment are trying 'to get' at doctors who prescribe it off labelby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
As an outsider (Australian) i wonder how it is that Trump's infection is apparently cured within a few days and now Julianie's infection is also cured (if i understand the reports?) . Suspect the received a different treatment to what the average citizen receives?????by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Thank you PC, MD! The technical part is quite intensive and a bit above my pay-grade but seems logical. No doubt other factors/nutrients would play a significant role in the integrity of our immune system (antioxidants e.g.C, sulforaphanes, micronutrients/minerals, etc) as well? What about ivermectin, how do they fit into helping with the outcome of COVID 19 (note your malaria connection inby Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
QuoteTodd Around here they are talking about healthcare and nursing home people getting them first. With most of the old folks already having health issues, they will likely suffer the most. Bit premature to worry about adverse effects in older people? Lets wait and see what happens in the UK, by year's end they will have 5 mil vaccinated.by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Agree entirely. While the theory of the mRNA vaccines sounds good and the 35,000 or so in the trail had good outcomes by all reports, it has not been peer reviewed AFAIK? The trail stages were compressed and long term outcomes will only be known after at least 2 years of stage 4. It's a personal decision of risk vs. benefit. I think i go with that for the time being:by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
From one direct experience i know that Chlorella eliminates mercury. Info is from a good friend and workmate who used to use chemicals high in mercury in the Queensland cane sugar fields. His mercury levels were very high so he took Chlorella and had them re-checked after some months (forget the exact times) and the levels dropped substantially. His GP was really surprised.by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
Viral debris are not infectious, so not a problem to others. When the virus is no longer active (in many people it is after 8 to 10 days after onset of symptoms but there are notable exceptions). The RT-PCR test shows them up as positive depending on how many replication cycles they chose to apply????by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
QuoteNotLyingAboutMyAfib Davros - definitely start looking at BG levels and see if you can also get a fasting insulin level - 13 hrs water only and get your lipids while at it. Betting your trigs, insulin and glucose (A1c) are all high. Thanks George and NLAMA! Davros might also want to look at Dr Bernstein's site? There is a subtle difference between normal and optimal.by Joe - AFIBBERS FORUM
Perhaps worth to add that he had said that he had the 4 tests on the same day by the same lab and operators. Presumably they had the same number of cycles as well?by Joe - GENERAL HEALTH FORUM
