I have saved most of Dr. Gupta’s Youtube segments. Here it is:by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
The deal with sodium is to make sure to stay hydrated even if you’re not thirsty. I am prone to ectopics. Still, not easy creating a formula balancing all three.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
I’m flummoxed trying to create an electrolyte balance between my Magnesium, Potassium and Sodium. I take 800 mg of Magnesium (Glycinate, Malate, Taurate) total, spread throughout the day. Some days more if Ectopics increase; Two cans of LS V-8 juice, one or two bananas and other vegetables. I figure I get enough sodium (or do I ?) hidden in other things and sometimes a few grains of pink saltby Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hi Dean, also received his newsletter. Will have to reread to find out what this gadget is he’s talking about. Dr. Day was mentioned listening to Dr. Rhonda Patrick talking about Sulforaphane. I now sprout my own Broccoli seeds. Delicious.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
I’m with you, Nancy. This rumor of food restrictions with Warfarin is simply not true. To date, I’ve not seen or heard any TV attorneys drumming up businees for Warfarin. My husband lasted three weeks on Eliquis. Terrible headsches.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
Anti-Fib have you had an ablation? I’m terrified of the procedure.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
It’s a real head scratcher to read that people discover they have AF during a routine physical exam. How could that be? Are these people just not paying attention to how their bodies feel? I ask because when I’m in AF, I flap around like fish out of water.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
....is paroxysmal AF more uncomfortable than chronic AF? Does P-AF run a higher risk for stroke than chronic AF? How frequent should one experience P-AF before deciding on an ablation?by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
Take some minerals; Magnesium, Potassium, a little good salt in good water.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
Thanks for the heads up Fibbin. I’ll need to do some snooping. Put that one in my Amazon cart.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
Miss Sunshine, this is a wonderful product. Read the feedback. I take this three times a day along with magnesium glycinate.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
Wolfpack, how do you do that rythmic breathing?by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
Forgot: I also do a series of deep abdominal breathing. Youtube videos show how to do it properly.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
I’ve had ectopic beats since childhood. For some inexplicable reason they would start, then disappear for weeks, and they have never caused me apprehension until two years ago when I had my first A-Fib episode. Now I get anxious and have read it can be a preamble to an A-Fib episode. So, this is what I do: I guzzle down a large can of LS V-8 with two Magnesium Taurine capsules. I stand upby Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM

I love water and have no problems downing 64 oz. plus throughout the day. However my palpitations increase drinking too much water as I have more bathroom visits. I think I eliminate a huge portion of my minerals resulting in palpitations.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
What is the cut-off age for an ablation?by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
Both my husband and I have earlobe creases on one ear and Afib. Some studies indicate a connection to heart disease and some are inconclusive.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
George, I take my BP medicine (Triamterene-HCTZ) in the evening resulting in many bathroom visits throughout the night, most likely depleting my potassium levels, even though Triamterene is potassium sparring. Unfortunately I have already taken this evening’s dose. I will drink my V8 juice with a Magnesium capsule.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
Jackie, tonight I will drink a 5.5 oz. can of V-8 juice with a magnesium capsule and try to stay awake until midnight. I know I sleep with my mouth open as sonetimes I awake with parched lips and very dry tongue.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
3/24 - Afib - 1:30 AM to 5 AM 4/25 - Afib - 1:28 AM TO 3 AM 5/9 - Afib - 1:30 AM - 5 AM 5/11 - Afib - 1:15 AM ....??? fell asleep What’s going on, do you suppose. Not with the Afib, necessarily, but with the time it starts. Coincidence? Lights out usually between 10:30 and 11:30 PM.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
George, reading through our comments, I’ve concluded the following: You try a regimen, it works for a certain time, then inexplicably it no longer does. I feel for those of us who go through the rigors of ablation, only to have the bloody stalker reel its head, once more. It is an illusive syndrome....a challenge.by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
Also, is it possible that triggers can change in line with our body chemistry? What was a trigger no longer is and vice versa? No different than food tolerances. Always enjoyed eating nuts, especially pistachios. Now, I get a belly ache. Same could be said about triggers...no?by Catherine - AFIBBERS FORUM
