My case is definitely related to the cervical spine area and slight disc degeneration. The orthopaedic specialist demonstrated with a skeletal model of that area where the nerve is encased in the bone channel and the disc is right there as well. It's apparently not uncommon with diminished disc size for pressure from bone on that nerve to cause the sensations I experience. And with theby Jackie - AFIBBERS FORUM
Hello to all... The practice/habit of sleeping on the right side only… as described in PC, MD’s report in Conference Room Session #36 (2005) and reading the many posts he offered on the topic, definitely helped me maintain a calm heart after my first Natale ablation in 2003. Always smart to look at all of the effects of a medication. Anyone who’s taking a statin should do extensive research on the potential, negative side effects. I speak from personal experience. About 35 years ago, when prescribing statins was becoming ‘routinely’ popular, I followed ‘doctor’s orders’ and took the statin Rx since my cholesterol was slightly high. bettylou4488... It’s known that a major contributor to bleeding gums is Vitamin C deficiency. It’s one thing to be negligent in adequate brushing and flossing to reduce the daily plaque accumulations which can cause bleeding gums and destroy bone tissue, but if one is deficient in C, then the daily maintenance procedures are only part of the solution. Thanks, George, for sharing your info and experience with melatonin. In a previous post, you had discussed that and I decided to try it to see if it improved my sleep patterns where I typically fell asleep with the help of PharmaGaba to help relax, but didn't always remain asleep throughout the night.
