actually Kelley, Dr. Natale's NP emailed me ten minutes ago to say she didn't get my ECGs from the other day so I resent and she said they look ok...so its all good. Thanks Anti-Fib. It’s not real AF, more like irregular NSR —it’s a 5-10 second run. What I getting tonight is off and on (couple an hour, more this last hour every 5-10 minutes) off my Apple Watch showing minimal artifact but instead of the QRS spikes upwards, it’s an irregular pattern of 1-3 upward and then 1 or 2 inverted pattern for about 30 seconds and then my heart calms down and the ecg shows a regular pattby susan.d - AFIBBERS FORUM

Good question Joe. I’ll ask him. No he has not done any of the above. I started out with mostly red (high risk) and borderline test results and now have improved to mostly green. I speculate his supplements he made, and exercise and weight loss. I lost 67 pounds since 2004. I’m only 5’ tall. I think diet, exercise and his supplements helped my predisposed genes. Day 8. Yesterday I had a surplus of gastric acid. I have pre existing GERD but this was exacerbated since last week’s ablation and painful enough to limit eat or drink and when the pain was the highest, I couldn’t swallow and gasping and not talking (not being a chatterbox is not me). I had POTS like symptoms after my flecainide overdose- orthostatic with 30+ increased HR when standing. ICU had me wear compression knee high 20-30 strength and it actually helped.
