Raising arms/hands stops my bigeminy

Raising arms/hands stops my bigeminy

Hi All
Just wondering if this affects vagus nerve? Or something else? I tend to low blood volume and blood pressure so maybe that. I’m wondering because I’m trying to understand vagal influences of afib better.
Also lying flat on my back and raising my legs/feet has the same effect.
Also spell check changed “bigeminy” twice. Once to Big Emily snd once to Bogeying. What an imagination spellcheck has.

Bigeminy IS kind of Bogey..... spinning smiley sticking its tongue out

I would imagine the vagus nerve theory could be true. Mine gets worse when I bend over......

I’d suggest you start taking high dosages of B-12 and B-complex.

Hi Johnny S
Thanks for your reply.
Is there a specific connection to. B vitamins? I know they couldn’t hurt but I’m trying to reduce the mystery of the condition wherever possible.

Evelyn, yes, it indicates poor blood circulation and low blood volume, both affecting vagus nerve. Unless you’re eating regularly beef, lamb and variety of seafood, by age 30 most of us get depleted and low on b-12 and thiamine, and both are responsible for red blood cell production and proper vagus nerve function. High B-complex dosages are vater soluble vitamins so you can’t overdose, if you don’t feel better in few days, stop taking them, but I bet you will.

Thank you.
I think B would probably help but the supplements I’ve tried have given me indigestion. With me indigestion sometimes becomes extreme. I once tried a liquid form- it was hydroxocobalamin- but I read it reduces nitric oxide which is supposed to be good for the heart. Also I was once told by a functional medicine doc that I might have a methylation problem - B vitamin wrinkle I haven’t pursued investigating. I kind of got lost in the weeds. Now I put nutritional yeast on salads and it makes my pee yellow - that’s the best I’ve come up with without indigestion. If you have suggestions I’d appreciate them.

Always use Coenzymed B-complex, I buy from Country Life, it’s actually good for your digestion and increases energy production needed to digest food. Without B vitamins your body can’t digest pretty much anything and you’ll end up constipated or have a bloating leading to diarrhoea.

Thankyou Johnny S
I will try the coenzymed B complex.

I have a lot of personal experience with methylation problems and hydroxocobalamin should not cause a problem if you have a methylation problem. However both methylcobalamin and methyl folate likely would—I do not tolerate them at all. Since these are the forms found in the higher quality B vitamins, you might wish to be cautious if you suspect a methylation problem. This would be a good question for your functional medicine doctor.
