Eliquis interactions with supplements and herbs

Hello all - after 2 ablations and a Watchman, all done by Dr. Natale, I have been Afib free for 9.5 years. I continue on a low dose of Eliquis
2.5mg/BID, as a precaution, at the recommendation of Dr. Natale, as I had a LAA ablation. I'm fine with it except when I want/need to take something that might interact with it.

I would like to take a product that has Berberine in it. When I Google Eliquis and Berberine, it sounds like they might interact, although it's not clear. As I am on the lowest dose of Eliquis, I am hoping it IS safe to take this.....

This is why I wish I could just get off of Eliquis altogether.......

Yes I came across Berberine a few months ago. Bought a couple of bottles because I felt it may have been the answer to my woes. It seemed that one product could replace my meds. After I purchased the Berberine I decided to check contra-indications. That was the end of that. I am not confident as I am taking Xeralto. Would love to have a non drug supplement.

Did you happen to notice if it mentioned Eliquis too, Steven?

I thought it was any anticoagulant. Not 100% sure on that one.
