Thanks for posting this. I have long since concluded that, for a great many of us, myself included, the only relief possible was going to lie in CA. Metoprolol alone worked well for about three years, and then the wheels began to fall off my bus one-by-one. It took two cracks at it, but my second CA has me in ever-so-grateful happiness.
