Berberine?? Does anyone hav experience with this herbal suppliment? e

Good afternoon folks! Want to ask if anyone here has heard of berberine. I started looking at information regarding something else, and ended up finding out that berberine can have cardiovascular benefits as well. Trying to look at a lot of the information however can be overwhelming to say the least. Does anyone of the fellow afibbers have experience with berberine or helpful information? Thanks so much

After consulting several studies I started taking Berberine a couple of years ago. It is effective for lowering blood sugar and A1c and does not interfere with my AFib meds. I have had it lower my A1c from 5.9 to 5.7 in two months. It is 100% natural and easy to take. I take the SMART NutraLabs super strength, 2 capsules a day. My blood glucose goes up easily so I will keep taking it long term. I haven’t noticed any side effects whatsoever.
