Was curious where someone wearing one of the newer PMs carries the external battery pack?

The only PMs I'm familiar with that are actually on the market and that use external batteries are temporary PMs. Is there something else out there?

Came across this article last week from 2017, and thought surely this type of PM must be out on the street by now:
