Exatest

I'm having difficulty getting any response from Intracellular Diagnostics re: the Exatest. I've reached out to them via phone (3 times) and email (once). It baffles me that no one at the company responds. / I notice nobody's left a review on Yelp or the internet link to the lab. Has anyone got a comment ?

My test was sent in Nov. 6 2021 and I finally received the results in writing. I asked for an explanation and did receive a phone call about a month ago when I was driving and couldn't answer. I have left messages too and no call back yet. I hope they are ok over there. Hang in there and keep trying, they should get back to you at some point.
