L- Carnitine
November 02, 2021 01:03AM
Hello,
3 weeks ago I started taking 333 mg L- Carnitine tartrate in the early part of my day. I'd read a book by Dr. Stephen Sinatra who touts carnitine as helpful for the heart, and then I read Robert Crayhon's book The Carnitine Miracle. (Brief history- I've had lone A-Fib since 2014 and my last holster test revealed I have it 20 % of the time). Before trying L-carnitine, my body and heart would feel weak and my exercise routines were short and simple due to this). Now I notice my heart has more stability--the sinus rhythm is MUCH more consistent. Plus my heart feels stronger, a happy result. In short, I'm thrilled with the effects and plan to continue the supplement, probably at the small dosage of 333 mg/day. / I recently came across some negative input on the web although I can't recall what it was. Has anyone else experienced good effects of L-Carnitine and/or negative side effects? Should I be worried to use it long term?
Thanks for feedback.
