I want to work on the drug plan coverage & cost calculators. I am on Xarelto 20 mg a night. What is the equivalent with Eliquis?

The equivalent dosage for Eliquis is 5 mg twice daily.

I've taken both the standard dose of Eliquis (5 mg) and also the half-dose (2.5 mg). The price is the same for both.
