11 Years Post Ablation

No ablation meds except adult aspirin daily, went from 1 year of continuous 24/7 AFib to NSR for over 11 years now. Not much change from the last report.

Here is my 6 months update.

So, I turned 76 in November.. - almost to 77.

Continuing my mini sprint triathlon - 3 mile walk followed by 20 mile bike ride followed by 500 yard swim, throwing in some pushups, pullups, chinups, planks, etc., along the way.

I continue TRX training, also, and am getting more advanced.. Using stretch bands, etc., etc.
