Excellent article on Glutamate/GABA balance

When you look at what helps to reduce glutamate, it looks like many supplements recommended for afibbers do the trick. Even the low carb paleo diet helps reduce glutamate. Coincidence, I think not. Also, just this morning I read an article in the new Life Extension magazine there is an article discussing PQQ and how it protects the brain from glutamate.
