Stoping Eliquis

I have the happy news to share that 8 months post my Natale ablation that I've been given the green light today to stop Eliquis from Dr. Natale. I've had a fairly straightforward recovery since my ablation in May with only one incident of flutter about a week after the procedure, which self-corrected on its own. My echo and Zio patch both show a remarkable recovery with normal indicators for LA size and ejection flow and no more Afib. I did have a few episodes of SVT on my Zio but they only last for a few seconds each with a moderate bpm. Dr. Natale's nurse indicated that was to be expected post ablation.

My question is, is there anything I need to be aware of when stopping Eliquis? I was told today that given my otherwise good health, lack of family history for heart disease or stroke, & CHADS VASC 2 score of 0, that it was fine to stop Eliquis.
