2nd ablation (LAA) this past May. Recent TEE showed velocities <40. Staying on Xarelto and repeating TEE in six months. I'm interested in learning from others who have had a similar course of treatment and what some typical scenarios have been for next steps. Thank you.

Hi Chuck.... I just posted my experience on this topic ... in this post [www.afibbers.org]
and more in the response to Alex at this link [www.afibbers.org]

I will continue to focus on supplements that help the mitochondria produce cellular energy (ATP).

Cardiologist, Stephen Sinatra refers to the "Awesome Foursome" in his book, Metabolic Cardiology, and my report titled The Strategy details those nutrients. Check these links: [www.google.com] The Strategy is here: [www.afibbers.org]

My experience is similar to yours Chuck. Still on Xarelto.

My TEE was in the upper 20's. It has been a year and 3 months for me. 50 years old, no other health problems, CHA2DS2-VASc of 0 (Slow LAA = 2, or who knows)
I will doing a 7 day monitor here shortly. If all is clear, I will meet with Dr. Natale to discuss the Atriclip.
