Afib & Headaches

I've recently noticed that post 'strong' Afib episodes, I experience a moderate headache for 24 to 36 hours, which then becomes a very strong (as in debilitating) headache for the following 24 hours or so. It's a general 'between the temples' headache, not a localized one.

Just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences?

I've had the misfortune to have had two strong Afib episodes this last week and had to take more Paracetamol than I've taken altogether in the last 5 years!

No headaches experienced.

I have had headaches post-afib, but not as intense as you've described.

I've never associated any headache with afib.

Thanks for the feedback all. Have been googling and found I'm not alone it seems. I'm still puzzled as to how the two can be connected, but something tells me they are. Curious.
