blood thinning

Awhile back someone published a protocol for using natural vitamins and minerals that might aid in blood thinning. I have searched and been unable to locate it.
Can someone help me with this? Thank you.

Stef - a good start for this project is testing to determine what influences may be in play; that is, what would contribute to elevated blood viscosity that place us at risk for increased adverse clotting tendency.

From the post about "thick-sticky blood"... This is the list for essential testing to monitor your risk factors
Homocysteine
Fibrinogen
Ferritin
High Sensitivity or Cardiac C-reactive protein
Hemoglobin A1C
Lipoprotein (a)
Interleukin – 6
Oxidized LDL

Yes - Larry Thanks - and also continual exposure to WiFi or EMFs...as that causes platelet aggregation as well.
