So, after 15 years of LAF, I'm finally off to London to have my ablation with Dr Ernst. Wish me luck, and I'll deliver a full report when I get back.

Thanks to all of you for your support, but especial Hans, Jackie and Shannon - I'm so grateful for your wisdom.

I'm hoping I've had my last ever episode, but I know that realistically this is probably just the beginning of the end.

Best wishes David but you won't need it, you're in very good hands and made the best possible choice
available to you. Relax in that knowledge and enjoy the ride!

Now it's back to sleep for me .. we're heading to Houston tomorrow.
