I took Pradaxa at 7 AM this morning. Do I just start the One a day Xarelto at 7 PM tonight?

When I was taking Pradaxa I was told it only lasted 12 hours with no half life, so I would assume what you suggest is correct. You can always call your pharmacist to confirm.
