People with problems in their methylation cycle may not metabolize sulfur well and could be reactive to MSM. If you decide to try it, my advice is to start with a low dose...or even half of the recommended dose at first to be sure you tolerate it. Don't increase doses rapidly and don't introduce any other new supplement at the same time so evaluate only one substance at a time. I've used MSM for years without any connection to stirring up AF, but everyone is different.
I'm working on a report about methylation dysfunction and various effects that result.... one being that people with methylation defects typically are highly reactive to taking supplements. Stay tuned.
