Looking for test result translation

I had a heart echo done, and my cardio sent me this message:

Your echocardiogram showed that both the right and left sides of the heart are normal in strength. This is an improvement from your April study in which there was a suggestion of mildly reduced right heart strength.

It's going to be a couple of days before I get to talk to her - can anyone translate this in the meantime? I have no idea how this relates to afib.

Maybe "strength" means high ejection fraction?

Sounds good to me!

Meaning: Possibly no mismatch in contractility, no enlargement of heart muscle, and as stated above normal EF.
